Beginning March 10, and continuing through March 31, will be the first annual Spring Yoga Challenge!
For 21 days in March, commit to yourself that you will practice yoga and meditation every day, whether at home or by attending a class. (It is a well-established fact that it takes 21 days to create a new habit.) Make a contract with yourself! A contract form can be found here. If you practice Tai Chi, you can do that instead of yoga. I suggest you promise to do 20 minutes or more of asana and/or pranayama practice (or Tai Chi) and 10 minutes or more of meditation.
Go to Awareness Village's Facebook page and post on the wall, or in the discussion area, about your experiences, or to ask any questions. The link to the Facebook page can be found along the right side of this page.
